Return & Refund Policy

At FlexFlow Fitness Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you wish to return a product due to customer remorse or other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of your purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note that Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will bear the responsibility
for any costs associated with returning the item. Refunds will only be issued
to the same payment method used for the original order.

Reason for the return
The responsibility for arranging postage rests with you until the item
reaches the instructed address. Please use a delivery service that insures you
for the value of the goods. Upon receiving the item, it will undergo inspection
checks. Note that returns may take up to 14 days to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Upon delivery, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all items.
Please refrain from accepting delivery of any damaged items. If you discover
that an item has been damaged, promptly send clear photos of the damaged items to sales@flexflowfitnessgears.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Before returning any items, please contact us first, as returns without prior
notification will be rejected. Do not attempt to repair a faulty or damaged
item, as this may void the warranty. In the event of such scenarios, returns
will not be accepted.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you receive the wrong item, please return it in the same condition
within 14 days to qualify for a replacement of the original order. If the item
differs slightly from the description on our website, refer to the 'Product
Descriptions' section for clarification.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
